you’re at the doors.

this is where the story of trust architecture opens, one section at a time. how you got here decides where you go next. select one of the options below.

1: already have a password?

you crossed a door in the game, and it handed you a password. each section is a locked post. enter the password, and read. cross more doors, earn more passwords, open more sections. get started.

2: just found this and don’t have a password yet?

trust architecture is a story about who gets access to you, and how to build a door that lets the blessings in without handing over the key too early.

there are two ways in. play the game at thekey.faafo.app, cross the doors one by one, and each one hands you a password to open a section here. the last door unlocks the whole workbook. or, if you’d rather not play, buy the full workbook to download and keep at [pay link].

about: people are the door and the test.

some of the best things in my life came through people. jobs, housing, rooms, invitations, projects, lovers, clients, community. so did the betrayals. same door.

so the answer was never going to be “stop trusting,” or “get tighter contracts,” or “become the empath who always spots the liar.” a contract cannot manufacture integrity. suspicion just lets the other person run your life from a distance. and i have been a psychic long enough to know that intuition is real and still incomplete.

the real issue was never whether to trust people. it was access. who gets my time, my body, my labor, my ideas, my home, my loyalty, my future, and what have they actually shown me before they get there.

that is trust architecture. not a wall. a door, with levels, lanes, evidence, and timing. i do not run from the devil. i run toward it, learn what it teaches, and keep the key until it is earned.

i learned this the expensive way, across two decades in tech, several restarts, and a move to bahia, where trust stopped being philosophical and became physical. i am not teaching it from above the story. i am still inside it.

build the door. watch who climbs. keep the key until it is earned.
